BURSÔN ETICHETTA NERA

BURSÔN ETICHETTA NERA
RAVENNA LONGANESI IGP

A native vine from the Ravenna plains, recognised and authorised since July 1999, that’s made into Bursôn wine by members of the Bagnacavallo consortium, within the area defined by the wine’s official regulations.A dense, austere and intense ruby red colour with aubergine highlights. A good consistency and weight with well-defined, closely-spaced legs. The nose presents tertiary aromas such as ashes and cinnamon, chestnut honey, with its combination of bitter and sweet notes, developing to woody and toasted aromas of dark fruits such as cassis and blackcurrant as well as prune, dates and tomato leaf. An enjoyable profile that evolves gradually from the balsamic notes of caramelised onion to salted caramel. Linear and dry on the palate, pleasant and not astringent, compact yet not too dense. A perfect frame for the tannins, with a dynamic, fruity and spicy taste that’s very harmonious.
