TRAPPOLA

TRAPPOLA RAVENNA BIANCO IGP

Trappola’ it’s part to the labels collection dedicated to “Bandits of Romagna” by the Randi estate.

Trappola”, born Quirino Leonardi, dangerous assassin. Formidable gang boss, caught and killed on March 1841 by the estate of the Barons Scotti di Beramo in Alfonsine.

Trappola” is the name of this wine produced with 100% Pinot Bianco grapes with a skin fermentation for about 20 days. The results of this maceration amaze you for the flavors and show golden hues in the glass.

100% from Pinot Bianco grapes, an international white grape variety.

In maceration for 20 days on its skins and bottled without filtration, this procedure gives the wine an intense but not perfectly clear golden colour. On the nose we have herbaceous and fruity notes, often with oxidative notes, tomato leaves, candied fruit and apricot. There are also primary hints that are characteristic of orange wines, in memory of a wine produced with artisanal techniques, typical of our traditional cellars. In the mouth the wine is complex and structured with a slightly tannic finish, but with good fresh- ness and sapidity. A wine destined to last over time. Food pairings: Aged cheese, cappelletti in brodo, smoked fish and spiced white meats
